With over 12 years of Chiropractic experience serving patients of all ages—from newborns to geriatrics—Dr. Jay took over Uinta Spine Align (formerly Davidson Chiropractic Clinic - Evanston) from Dr. Michael Davidson in 2024 with the same mission in mind: bringing effective care and an exceptional experience to his patients.

Orthopedic Care
Star Valley Medical Center
Through a well-established relationship with Star Valley Medical Center, we are pleased to offer on-site orthopedic services led by Brad Mangum, a highly experienced Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner.
Mr. Mangum is available at our facility every Wednesday to provide comprehensive care, including—but not limited to—surgical consultations, post-operative assessments, and joint injections. This association also enables direct communication with the Star Valley Orthopedic Group, allowing for expedited surgical scheduling when necessary.
